David M. Fox has over 35 years experience working with clients worldwide to enhance their logistics, material management, supply chain management, and transportation capabilities. Mr. Fox is expert managing shipping on all modes of transport for large capital projects, including those using export credit agency financing such as the United States Export-Import Bank, as well as those funded by other U.S. government agencies including the U.S. Department of Energy, all of which e compliant with U.S. Maritime Administration rules. Mr. Fox helps CC Solutions’ customers obtain compensatory waiver commitments, develop compliant shipping plans. and minimize shipping costs while maintaining project schedule.
Prior to working with CC Solutions, Mr. Fox was Fluor Corporation’s Executive Director of Logistics and Export Compliance Officer. In this capacity, he was responsible for ongoing evaluation and management of the company’s corporate export/import compliance program.
Mr. Fox is a current member, as well as past chairman and president of the Exporters Competitive Maritime Council, an industry organization working closely with the Department of Transportation and the Maritime Administration on issues involving U.S. flag compelled cargo.
